Due to the increase in covid cases here in Los Angeles, when you arrive you must wait in your vehicle.
Text us at the normal animal hospital phone number to let us know you are here. Texting will eliminate the long phone hold time for you, and will be seen by our staff much quicker than waiting on hold. Texting will also reduce the phone congestion for those that cannot text. If you are not able to text, then call, but please be patient if the hold time is long.
Our receptionist will call you back, and you can let us know what you need. A technician will then come out to your car, to bring your pet inside.
The doctor will call you to report their findings and and discuss your options with you.
When done, the receptionist will take your payment information over the phone, and one of our tech staff will bring out your pet, along with any food or medication you need.
